DETAILS OF THE PROJECT: The Government Ministry has a legacy system to manage the day to day issues and they wanted to use the latest technology to keep in pace with the changing requirements of the business. The current project aims at building a Web portal based on Weblogic Portal and uses Documentum as the content management software.

ROLE OF WEBECOME: As a Business Consulting partner, WeBecome is responsible for the following:
· Responsible for the architecture of the Documentum portion of the project and preparation of Detailed Design Specification, Functional Requirements Specification, and Analysis of user community (contributors and consumers), anticipated volumes and growth rates.
· Responsible in liaising between the development team in China and project managers in Singapore.
· Responsible for releasing the workflow and EDMS API to other modules. Worked closely with other team leads, module leads and project managers.
· Installation and maintenance of eContent server, WebTop, docbroker, docbase, DocApp, Documentum Application Builder (DAB) and user/group creation/updating scripts.

DETAILS OF THE PROJECT: The customer was looking for an Infrastructure Consulting partner to manager their servers, carry on the security audits, Hardening the server access, User and shared resource management, Backup and restore data, Update the Antivirus and Security patches on server and deploy them to client PCs, Manage the IT helpdesk activities include end user support for Hardware and application problems. Support customized in house application. WeBecome was awarded this assignment based on its capabilities and past history.

ROLE OF WEBECOME: Acting as a Business Consulting partner WeBecome was assigned the following responsibilities:
· Manage the IT helpdesk, and deliver the services well with in the SLA.
· Day to day duties include manage the user access to Network and resources, ensure the data backups are completed successfully, identify and update new security patches and antivirus definitions.

DETAILS OF THE PROJECT: The CPM system is a subsystem of Business Intelligence/ Executive Information System. It has business performance analysis data at multiple levels over different time periods. The business goals of the system are to provide the management with essential business performance information to better communicate, plan, monitor and control key business activities through projection, trend analysis and exception reporting. The business processes supported by the system are Data Extraction, Data Transformation and Loading and Report Generation. The subject areas include Financial, Customer, Man Power, Project, Product and Other Corporate KPIs.

ROLE OF WEBECOME:
· Design OLAP multi-dimensional cubes
· Design Crystal Reports & Crystal Analysis reports
· Testing and data validation on financial figures
· Develop, Test & Debug and implement VB.NET application on server as per the user requirement
· Prepare functional specs, Technical Specs and User Guide.

DETAILS OF THE PROJECT: This is a complete and flexible statistical analysis tool. It is designed for use in semiconductor wafer analysis. Can be used for different statistical analyses ranging from the simple to the complex.

ROLE OF WEBECOME: Acting as a Professional Services partner WeBecome was assigned the following responsibilities :
